      <title>Vista Stage 3 Update Inescapable Loop</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Vaio (VGN-AR31M) running Vista. My laptop was in the process of installing three updates after restarting. When it got to stage 3 of 3 it stays at 0%, then it restarts it does exactly the same. Im now in an inescapable loop. Safe mode will not work, it just goes back to the update. Ive tried my recovery disk, but once the language is chosen and my operating system is identified, it decides the disk isnt compatible with my operating system!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
