NW20SFS RESTORE C DRIVE

I did a restore c drive as i was having problems with error messages, now my D data drive has gone can anyone help on device manager there is C drive and something called system reserved any help much appreciated

Hi BOOFLE and welcome.

It sounds like you have carried out a complete recovery back to factory settings and anything you have added since new may be lost. Did you make a backup of your programs and data before doing the restore?

Recheck in Computer Management: -

Start -> Right-click 'My Computer' -> 'Manage' -> Disc Management

You should see a Recovery Partition, a C:\ Drive and a system reserved section for the Quick WEB Access. Is there anything else?

Hi had a look at dics management this is what it says DISC 0 C HEALTHY 288.55 GB then9.44 healthy recovery partition and system reserved 100mb underneath it says disc 1 removable drive D at the side. Am i better off taking it to the shop thank you
