Replacement Keyboard Need Help Because Sony Support Service Not Answering

Hi,

I need a replacement keyboard or enter key for my VPCSB3C5E (Sony Vaio S Series) does anyone know from where to get one online? My laptop is still in waranty but the Sony Support Staff are not answering my emails and I have no idea which is the closest service centre in Malta and if the guarantee applies in here. (I also sent some emails probably 2 months ago again on another problem with my speakers which still don't work)

Hi Alan,

How are you trying to contact Vaio Support? You need Vaio Support - not Sony Support!

Try customersupport.en@vaio-link.com or telephone +44 870 240 2408 (Mon to Fri 0800 - 1800 BST) You will need to be within warranty and have the Serial Number of your Vaio available.

However, I am not sure broken keys will be covered by your warranty and you may have to pay for the repair.

As this is a fairly new model, there may not be third party keyboards available yet - you will have to Google or contact Vaio Support.
