    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Hi Graham,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Unfortunately I don’t have a solution for you and have never encountered this message; also a Goggle shows nothing....&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;I can’t believe that this is a genuine Microsoft message as if updates were available they should be installed immediately.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Malware or ransomware comes to mind. If this is the case then you could press the Assist button when fully shut down to access the option to return your Vaio to factory settings – do NOT select the ‘Refresh’ option as this will install a clean version of Windows without Sony drivers, utilities or pre-installed software. Be aware that a return to factory settings will wipe all personal data.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Rich&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P style=";"&gt;Hi folks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style=";"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style=";"&gt;I have a brand new Vaio which has run perfectly for the last 3 days.&lt;BR type="_moz" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style=";"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style=";"&gt;I went to log on this morning and it advises me, before I have a chance to put in my password that&lt;BR type="_moz" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style=";"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style=";"&gt;"microsoft Updates will reboot my computer in 2 days time"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style=";"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style=";"&gt;I cant get past this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style=";"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style=";"&gt;Is there a way to force the reboot/updates?&lt;BR type="_moz" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style=";"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style=";"&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style=";"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style=";"&gt;Graham&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
