Everytime I click on Vaio Care it crashes!

I've tried un-installing and re-installing......still get the same problem.:smileyconfused:

Can anyone help?

What model Vaio do you have?

Are you still using the original operating system?

Have you checked Vaio Update to see if there is a software update?

Model is VPCEC2S0E

Yes, its the original operating system (windows 7 home).

There was an update which I installed but I still got the same problem. So, I re-installed the original and still the same problem! Also, found out today that the Musicstation software that also came preloaded crashes whenever I try and open it. Been through the same process uninstall, re-install & check for updates, still get the same problems!

I have the problem same on my sony vaio sve1711r1eb. Update appeared for vaio care but would not download, emailed sony they go to uninstall it and download install the software from the website. Installed it now when ever i open it small windows box appears saying vaio care stopped working.
