    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Sony VGC-RA304 desktop. The 2 HDDs have failed (happened before in 2009). I have bought 2 new HDDs and intalled them yesterday. Last time this happened I purchased Vaio Recovery discs from Sony. I tried running a recovery from these disks. Screen said "Starting Vaio recovery utility, powered by windows..." with a progress bar underneath.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The progress bar completed and the screen says "Please wait..." It appears to have hung at this point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW I have checked the connections, Reset BIOS to factory default.
