Hi ryano'neil and welcome.

You seem to be quoting an invalid Vaio model - you are giving us the Chassis Model which can be shared by many Vaio Models. I think you have a VGC-LT** 'all in one' model and you will need this correct Vaio Model name to find any support or downloads.

What is the error message you get? Perhaps the Recovery Discs are corrupt?

When you turn the Vaio on, do you at least see the Vaio Logo displayed by the BIOS before it tries to load Windows. If so, try tapping F10 before the Vaio Logo disappears and this should start the Hard Disc Recovery from the hard drive without the need for recovery discs. You can follow the procedure on Page 37 of your Vaio's Troubleshooting and Recovery Guide here: -

ftp://ftp.vaio-link.com/pub/manuals/RecoTS/2007Q3_RT_EN.pdf
