My laptop keeps freezing at random, and especially when i run security scans. I had microsoft essentials and have just upgraded to the lastest norton product and still no joy. The scans always seem to freeze on a "system32/driverstore/filerepository" file. The general consensus is not to touch these files at all but the norton support guys think i may have a corrupt file on my hard drive.
