Sony VAIO SVF13N1C5E Display Problem

for a few Weeks I'm experiencing a major Problem with the Notebook.

Since I like to use it as a Pen & Paper Substitute in University I'm heavily Using the Convertible Function. However a few weeks back it started turning off as soon as I converted it. Thought at first it was a Software Problem reinstalled Everything Patched to the latest Windows 10 Build deactivated the turning off when closed but nothing seems to help
Anyone any Ideas what's causing the Problem?
