Connecting HDR HDMI output to HP OMEN Laptop Thunderport 3 connector

Is it possible to connect the HDMI output of the HDR CX450 to this laptops Thunder port 3, as it seams unclear if that's possible as I need to utilise this port of the camcorder as a webcam for On-line ballet training during the current pandemic. This HDR was recommended as part of a robot camera system, tracking the dancer. Advise on leads or adapters would be extremely helpful.
