.exe runs but

I have no problems with internet connection

Problem solved!

Searched Internet for the error number and found a community answer.

I end-tasked the two Windows 7 PMB processes and disabled AVG Free. I ran the instalation .exe and now have Vn 5.2.00.06140 installed.
