Which Sony Cam to compliment my Still collection?

I am one of the biggest SONY fans (and will forever be) because I can see the difference in the quality of pictures and video I've taken with Sony products - Now I would like to compliment my Sony R1, A33, H400V and HX100V collection with a new cam. My older TRV25 still does the tricks but the stills are only 1MPX.
Can I use the XYST1M Stereo Mic For Multi-Interface Shoe With my H400V and have something similar to the MV1? Should I rather buy the newest 4K action cam (please tell me which one, X1000V or AZ1)? Or one of the fancy new Black 4K camcoders?

You should really give B 4K cams a look! My friend has one and it's amazing, I would pick Sony cam over any else.

I ABSOLUTELY agree!! I Swear by Sony, I have a whole range of Sony cameras and the difference in Quality and clarity is just miles ahead of the rest. I bought the FDR-X1000V and video quality(all settings) and photos are out of this world! Brilliant! Very Happy Sony Fan!
