Hopefully someone will be able to suggest a way to get importing working on your Windows system.

Play Memories Crashing

I just installed the Play Memories Home on a Mac Book Pro with latest OS and with windows 7 Pro installed via Parrallels Application. In the windows environment the W7 crashes as soon the USB cabel from my Sony HDR-CX410VE is connected. In the MAC enviroment I can import to iMovie but as said in windows it crashes and windows reboots and goes into the F8 Screen. It worked once only (the first time Play Memery Home was started).

Any idea ???
