Sony a5100 connectivity problem

Hey Everyone!

I've a little problem with connecting my a5100 to my laptop. I am using Windows 10, I have two different laptops (both of them using Windows 10 with the latest updates) and I simply cannot reach my files from the camera. I've already downloaded PlayMemories, but it always gives me the message to connect my camera. I could use Imaging Edge's remote camera program and it did work, these photos whom I made are saved to the destination. I can't even get my files with card reader. I tried to read it with my Samsung Galaxy S8+ (Andorid 9) and I could get my photos and videos via memory card, but not with my computer. Am I the one who's doing something wrong, or I have a faulty camera?
So, I would be realy pleased if someone could help me, what to do next.
I appreciate everything.
