&lt;P&gt;if a tripod is not an option, i would advise against slow shutter speeds - instead I would increase the ISO and live with the images having a little more grain.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With both of your available cameras, that shouldn't be an issue though.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>shooting in Low Light</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does anyone have experience re shooting at slower shutter speeds in low light conditions, I have the option to use either the a7 or the a9. I am trying to avoid camera shake, for various reasone tripods not an option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also do any 3rd party auto focus lenses work particularly well with either of these 2 bodies,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
