Hi, I bought my A7III from Jessops which included a three year extended warranty, Im not sure how to activate the 3 Year Extended Warranty, does it automatically extend to 3 years it when I register it?

Is the extended warranty a Jessops care plan?

If it is, you would need to get in touch with Jessops regarding this.

I’m not sure as all the major retailers offered the same 3 year warranty with a pre order, which makes me believe it may be a Sony offer?

Hi,

I also bought mine from Jessops.

In the box was a card similar to a credit card with an activation code on which you scratch off and register with Sony for your 3 year warranty.

I also purchased from Jessops the FE 24-105 F4 G oss lens which I believe was included in the 3 year warranty however the activation process did not give me the option to include this so I just registered it with Sony in the normal way.

Hi all,

can anyone explain how to activate the warranty? any time I give it a try pushes me back say " did you check the model name".

I'm pretty sure all the fields I enter are correct.

Any suggestions?

you mean, you just registered the camera body but not the lens?
