tópico Sony SLT-A33 na Alpha & NEX interchangeable lens cameras

Can anyone please tell me which setting I need to change so that I can use the viewfinder at full aperture like the old SLRs used to, ie stop down when the shutter release is pressed? I've noticed that when shooting outside in bright sunlight that the viewfinder image is very dim.

Also, does the remote wireless shutter release work from behind the camera?

Derek.
