3 weeks ago going for an evening walk with my WF-1000XM5 charged all the day , finding this :

this morning trying to go for a walk with the airbuds fully charged last night and the case at 70% : unable to start being back home buds and case at 0%

Hello @Billou56, how long did it last before it ran out of charge? As per the help guide, these are the available operating time.

First time it was charging for hours before picking (screenshot). second time it was charging all night and was empty in the morning

Hi, I'd recommend that you use a different cable or charger. Also, you can try initializing the headset to factory defaults: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/2963/v1/en/contents/TP1000783925.html

Another day, another challenge...

this evening just tried to pickup my earbuds for a walk , unable to start, case empty. buds empty

both were full last evening so auto discharge

If you've tried all the steps already, I'd advise you to contact Sony support to provide you with the proper assistance.
