This device no longer seems able to connect to WIFI through WPS, Link button flashes red and then just goes out, or to work with DSappli or iPhone 11. Is it now defunct and beyond life? Thanks to anyone who can tell me...

Hi Mattwjj,

Did you try resetting the dock to resolve the WPS button issue? The steps are on page 7 of the manual : https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/4417/44174472M.pdf

Hi Matt,

If it doesn't work I'd say try connecting it to a different network.
