Slow PS-J20 turntable

Hi,

London user here, the playback on this turntable which admttedly have had a few years has noticeably slowed for both 33rpm and 45rpm. Doesn't seem to be any adjustment screw, and not familiar with fixing / replacing belts etc, what should I do?
