I have tried Media Player and i-tunes formats without any luck. Then I found buried in the manual a little note that said I can only use Sony Microvault USB devices - specifically the model number USMnGL or USMnGLX. Since both of these products appear to be obsolete now, I bought a USM32R. Still no luck.
