Howdy. Sooo... i bought Ht-ct800 soundbar today and i am having massive issues with bluetooth. It keeps disconnecting roughly every 30-60 sec. If i play music from spotify it works roughly 5 mins and then my bluetooth disconnects. With youtube it's less than minute and i get disconnet.

I have an sony's bluetooth speaker also but dont have any issues with it.

My phone is Huawei *****-l01

*Edit. I downloaded latest updates on my soundbar and i did try using chromecast app but still keep disconnecting

Have you tried removing the connected devices from both sets and then do a new pairing?

Yeah i did that, also restored device to factory settings and updated it still not working. Called support today girl in the other end suspects the reason is my phones operating system ( android 5.1) 😞
