Remote on CT380 not working

I have a sony sony tv and a sony HT-CT380 sound bar linked on an ARC cable. The remote control has stopped working. Have changed batteries etc and tried all the rest solutions I can find. The only control of the funtions on the sound bar and now only through the TV via the setting menu. Any help will be appreciated.#TIA

Hi there

Im wondering if it is the Bravia Sync settings on the TV itself or the Control for HDMI on the soundbar. Ensure that these are enabled.
