Using my wh-1000xm3

Hello,

so my problem is, when i pair my wh-1000xm3 to my pc through bluetooth, the mic on it doesn't seem to work properly. So when i play a game, i can't use the mic in voice chat.

When i disable mic from sound settings, the voice comes back, but when i enable the mic, i then can't hear anything.

I'm not sure how clear i made this, but i can explain better if someone were able to help me.
