Hi all,

I have been using my new wf-1000xm3 for a week. I found it makes clicking sound while I am walking or even turning my head. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Or should I just return it? Thanks!

Ian, thanks for reporting this and warning others! I have not yet taken my new WH-1000xm3 out for a walk. I must do so as soon as possible.
