WH 1000X M3 mic functionality in phonecalls

Is anyone else having trouble with using the headphones for phonecalls? The people on the other end say that it sounds like i'm talking with the mic in a pocket... Is there something I can do about it?

They are about a couple of weeks old so I really hope so.

Hi Kallander,

I believe you can send the headset to be inspected by Sony centre in this case. They should be able to take care of this.
