Bluetooth Wireless MDR-ZX330BT not controlling media player

Bluetooth Wireless MDR-ZX330BT worked perfectly with media player. UNTIL windows 10 update April 2018.

Now I can hear tracks, control volume, but cannot pause or track forward or back.

Naturally, Microsoft are completely useless, so does anyone else have this problem and is ther a workaround.

Have removed and re-paired the set and have done a factory reset. No change.

Checked driver update, told the driver is the latest

Welcome to the Sony Community.

That sounds really fustrating. I was going to suggest to try repairing your device but you say that you have already tried this.

I'm going to see if I can find a solution for you. In the meantime perhaps someone else in the Community may be able to offer some help.
