Hi there,

Welcome to the Sony Community.

I'm not entirely sure on this. I've checked and on the website the specs indicate a quick charge feature but I can't find any mention of quick charge time as it says it is still 4 hours. You can see more details here.

Maybe another community member may have more details on this.

there is no quick charge with this walman but if your charger is stronger, or you use a dock station it will charge faster.

Hi....can you use a mobile phone hi speed wall adapter (micro USB) to charge faster is what your saying?

yes you can

It won't charge as fast as a smartphone but much faster than with a computer as suggested in the manual 😃
