WH-1000XM2 default volume setting

Anyone know if it's possible for my WH-1000XM2 headphones to remember the last volume I used them at? I always turn them up full, and then use the volume on my computer or phone; but when I turn them back on again later, they return to low volume.

I have these headphones and I can see the volume of the headphones is always on max whenever I connect them to my phone as I always keep the volume to max.

Do you mean the volume of the headphones or the volume of media player on the device connected?
