Headset Earphone SRS-XB20 Hands-Free no Sound on Windows 10

I love my SRS-XB20, great device!

The XB20 works well on my up to date Windows 10. After pairing the following devices become available:

1. Speakers SRS-XB20: works ok

2. Microphone SRS-XB20 Hands-free: works ok

3. Headset Earphone SRS-XB20 Hands-Free: no sound!

For Windows, the device looks healthy: when testing the sound indicator lights up but no sound from the device.

I tried: checked device volume, re-install BT drivers, pairing, un-pairing removing all other BT devices.
The result stays the same.

Ultimately I'd like to use the XB20's handsfree features for WebEx and Skype.

Have you found a solution for this? Seems a little difficult to make this work on windows 10. When I use this function on my Phone, It works flawlessly.
