Earphone volume is lame on my XDR-P1DBP DAB pocket radio. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes earpiece volume very low, very poor. The unit on switch failed after turning it on just three times. Returned it and bought a Roberts DAB+ good volume, good reception. Sony products are very poor in general these days bought a Sony CMTSBT20 Mini HiFi System very poor - scanned for channels everytime you turned it on.
