Display for mp4 NWZ-B183F ITS NOT WORKING ?

But i can hear voice so

and if i want to connect for my pc i can see mp4 and all folders but only display its not working ?

help me plz

.mp4 files are not a supported on this walkman. For supported files, see:

I can only guess that within the mp4 file container, it contains the audio codec of mp3 - which is probably why audio is playing.
