Nwz x100 reset

hi everyone, I've just had to reset my zx100 twice in two days. The first time it was completely dead and the second time it just locked up, a reset was the only solution on both occasions, as my unit is only weeks old I am a little concerned and I am posting this to try and find out if anyone else has experienced this issue and if it was only a temporary blip. That doesnt sound right, particularly given it is quite new.

Was there any particular file playing or screen showing at the time?

I would definately keep an eye on it, if resetting a second time hasn't fixed it I would return it to where you purchased it from for an exchange or contact Sony Support.

Thankyou for responding, jumpsuit. No link between the two incidents, so I am a little concerned. I will be keeping an eye it and if it happens again I will contact Sony. Many thanks
