can anyone link me or advise where i get the tools needed to make my nwz-zx1 american/japanese, as it has poor loudness and needs full volume on my new fidelo x2

You can't.

European law made brands put that limiter on there for a reason.
Unless you import a model from abroad, I'm afraid you can't listen without that limiter.
