SRS-X11 audio interuptions

Playing my music from Spotify on my mobile, my speakers sometimes fade or semi break-up, as if there is a buffering or streaming problem. Everything is reasonably charged. Paired speakers about 3 mtrs apart and mobile within 10 mtrs. Anyone able to advise?

Hi there

Mostly bluetooth has a range of about 10 meters. Does this still happen if you move the mobile device closer to the speakers?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately moving the mobile closer to the speakers doesn't appear to improve the situation - problem has occurred with a 1mtr distance between mobile and speakers.

Unfortunately thats the only suggestion i can think of im afraid 😞 In your case, i think it might be best to contact Sony support and see what they say.
