Hi there

My advice it to turn Bluetooth off from the MEX unit by pressing and holding the [BT] button. Then you can delete any registered devices. Then hold the [BT] button again to enter pairing mode.

Another thing you could try is disconnecting the cars battery for a couple of minutes, then reconnecting it again. This may reset the MEX unit.

Your HTC must be compatible with the following bluetooth profiles in order for it to work:

A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile)

AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profile)

HFP (Handsfree Profile) 1.5

HSP (Headset Profile)

Cheers

Hi all,

Recently i have installed this system into my car, but i can't connect my HTC one to it.

I can see that it is not on the compatibility list.

My problem is, that bluetooth won't pair. When i press and hold the BT button for 5 seconds, the logo just lit, and is not flashing.

I've also tried to delete all registered bluetooth devices, but that did not work.

do you know how to make it flash/blink again so i can atleast find this bluetooth device on my phone?

Thanks in advance,

Guus
