The problems are the following: </P><P>-when I try to format it's memory from the menu, it says memory formatted but the songs are still there;</P><P>-when I try and put some new music on it with SonicStage, the music is transferred on the walkman, but when I disconnect it, no music was added to the walkman, memory doesn't fill up</P><P>-the walkman has the latest version of firmware, but when I try and install a fresh firmware it says "The update tool failed to update the software of the NW-A806 device to version 1.03.
