    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have only purchased the MX4 ear buds a week ago Sound is great, only I'm not sure of the noise cancelling.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm getting a hissing sound in both ears&amp;nbsp; not sure if that is normal? seems quite loud.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I change to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ambient Sound Mode I&amp;nbsp;still have the hiss in both ears but i can hear background noise a little.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Advise would be&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Steven2507, this is mostly the case with ANC due to the active mic. But to make sure that it's not a fault, I recommend updating the headphones using the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
