Trying to get CD info from Gracenote service.

This message appears:

Unable to connect to Gracenote service. Please confirm Internet connection and try again.

Error Code: 6194

I have checked that I am connected to the Internet. Any ideas??

Gracenote has been sold by Sony so there is a chance some "old" services are not longer compatible.

from which product/software you're using gracenote?

Yea sadly, Gracenote is no longer supported by Sony, they even released a article related to that.
