WH-1000xm4 turning off randomly

Hi, my XM4's have started turning off at random intervals when I'm listening to music. I have experienced this for the past few sessions of listening hoping it'd just be something that resolves itself but it hasn't. Software is fully up to date and they are on a 90% charge. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes unfortunately, I've experienced this 3 times today even after updating. I'm unsure if I've just gotten unlucky with receiving faulty headphones.

Have you tried resetting or initializing them after the update?
