When I then connect it to my desktop computer I get the following error message "An error occurred during the installation of the device. The file name, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect". Please advise me how I can solve the problem.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
