WH-1000XM3 EQ setting doesn't stay on when switching between devices

Hello

When I switch from my phone (which has a customised EQ setting selected) to my pc, the EQ settings don't carry over to the PC. How can I change this? I don't want to have to manually select my EQ settings every time I switch between devices. Also I want to have my customised EQ setting selected for when I use the headphones with my PC but can't find any Sony equaliser software.

As far as the equalizer settings go, they should be saved once selected on Sony Headphones Connect on your phone, however, depending the signal quality, these settings may be disabled. such as when using DSEE HX: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wh1000xm3/v1/en/contents/TP0001703159.html

On the other hand, if you're using your phone's built in equalizer, the headphones won't remember them on other devices.
