I recently purchased a SONY ALPHA A7 ILCE-7K from John Lewis online and applied for £100 Cashback.I had filled out the Cashback form correctly and attached the serial number from the actual camera as an Image and the Invoice as well. Sony then emailed me back saying that I had sent them an online confirmation order not invoice and asked me to sent the right invoice but I did't get nothing else from jonh lewis just this order confirmation?

Someone can help?

Sony seem to be asking for a copy of actual receipts including VAT details.

Can you get this from John Lewis?

I got caught out exactly the same - rang customer service at John Lewis whilst on their website and they very politely guided me to where I could upload the VAT receipt required.Hope this helps as I was absolutely amazed at the hoops and hurdles involved in this process - still waiting!!!
