Sorry to say its a SCAM

The fact someone wants a copy of a Passport, Driver's License or NI details

is a clue

Its a really interesting SCAM though.

Thanks for posting photos of the letter, I can pass this on to Sony

for them to investigate.

Just to update:

Sony have been in touch and have asked me to instruct you (and other members)

to be cautious when dealing with this and always avoid disclosing personal information/documents

to unknown parties!
