Hi already looked there and spoke to sony. No help there unfortunately. All they want to do is send them both off to a random repair center, not sony themselves and charge me.

Recently when this frame asks you to sign back Into Facebook as it does regularly because Facebook changes its terms and conditions, it now says there is not enough memory when trying to connect to the Facebook log in screen. Factory reset and formatting the internal memory does not work. Installing a USB flash drive and or sd card does not work. Anyone else had this problem. I have two both doing the same thing. I also have the dpf-wa700 which is not effected. They all have the latest firmware 1.40

Hi there and welcome to the community.

You may find some helpful information in the DPF-W700 guide here which also has a link to support if that doesn't work.

Cheers,
