I previously had a Sony Xperia M4 Aqua, for 30 months, and it was registered!

Can anyone explain to me why I now can't seem to register my new 1XA.

Also when I ordered a case to go with it from Sony last Thursday, 30th November, paid the extra postage for speedy delivery, and is now posted as a further 5 days------ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SONY

what problem does occur when you try to register your TV?

Do you have your TV already or is it still on its way?

If I am not mistaken you will need the serial number to register your device.

Do you want me to escalate this post so someone from Sony looks into why your TV took so long to arrive?

Sony Mobile have a separate support forum and you may get a quicker response there.

All users of Xperia phones will be using that forum to share information from other similar users.
