So I have applied for cash back on a Sonya6000 bought for my daughter I have sent copies of my receipt SIX times and photos of box serial no rec each time I revived a email saying too late for offer it's not I spoke to two people at Sony first said everything was ok they had received all needed the next no we need more evidence I did purchase it . Has anyone else had this problem

Have sent 7 times recipts and every time email back too late or not enough info sent pics of camera box serial no receipt time place bought but still no you cannot have your £50 cashback . Made some phone calls which are priemum rate . Spoke to one person said all ok they have my bank details but still no . Have since read reviews on this and long lists of people not revived money defferntly a scam to get you to buy Sony next step is to contact consumer rights
