Cashback site is down

I keep getting an error message when trying to fill out the form for my cashback on a Sony A7.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes same issue trying for cash back on a RX100 M3, have emailed Sony no reply back yet

Is it producing an error when you press 'Submit'? If so, what error message are you getting? Are you able to add a screenshot here?

Please can you let us know the exact A7 model you are having issues claiming cashback for? Is it the ILCE7B.CE or ILCE7KB.CE? We will then investigate further.

Please can you let us know the exact RX100 M3 model you are having issues claiming cashback for? Is it the DSCRX100M3.CEH or DSCRX100M3GDI.YG?

On my invoice it is ILCE7KB.CE

The actual box has ILCE-7K on it

The actual product is the Sony A7 with the 'kit lense' FE28-70mm

I managed to apply for cashback this morning, and (fingers crossed!) that seems to have worked. However, the registration of new product did not work.

A lens, E18-200LE, which was on the product list. The problem is I cannot fill in any details, I get a red no entry sign when the mouse pointer is over any of the boxes lower on the page, whether I specify a product or not.

UPDATE: I retried and managed to register for the cash back so assume it was a temporary problem

Hello again @dfarrant,

I've been informed that the issue is resolved, so you should be able to register your lens now. Please note that the model number to use when registering is SEL18200LE.

Please let me know if this works or if you have any further issues.

January 5th. can you tell me if the cashback site is still down. I have filled in the cashback form but will not send, says ERROR site down. Have rang and they said they will notify me but nothing as yet after three days.
