    <description>&lt;P&gt;Shocking customer services - in fact non existent. Trying to someone to answer a query about a warranty and any costs if any to repair a controller. And NO-ONE has bothered to answer or even take the call, not by phone or by chat bot. So I have no idea if I send it to be repaired as to whether I will end up having to fork out for any repair costs/postage etc.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
