    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply. The headphones were/are not paired to any other device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I may the solved the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I deleted the Sony app from my iPhone and iPad. Then I reinstalled the app on both. The head phones seem to be working now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best wishes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
